DAY 1
Arrive Kathmandu

Arrive Kathmandu by international flight. Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 2
In Kathmandu

Breakfast at Hotel. Morning proceed for the Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City &Swyambhunath.

Kathmandu City: known as Kantipur, the capital of the Kingdom of Nepal. Here you will visit the temple of the Living Goddess, who acknowledges the greetings of the devotees from the balcony of her temple residence.
Kasthamandap-the source of the name Kahtmandu and supposed to be made from the timber of a single tree and the Durbar Square are with it’s array of temples overlooked by the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, the ancient place of the Ex Nepalese Royalty.
Swayambhunath: located approximately 4 km, Buddhist stupa this is said to be more than 2000 years old. The stupa which forms the main structure is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. This hill is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples.
This afternoon Sightseeing tour of Patan City. Patan City: Patan is one of the most historically important city of the Kathmandu valley. It is known as the centre of fine arts and for the superb craftsmanship of its artisans. Essentially a Buddhist city, historic inscriptions establish Patan as an important town from early times (said to have been founded by Emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century B.C., although no historical proof exists).The Patan Durbar Square has been acclaimed as one of the finest urban streetscapes in the world. Most of the monuments seen today were built between the 16th – 18th centuries.

DAY 3
Kathmandu - Chitwan

Breakfast at Hotel. Morning drive to Chitwan, en route stop over at Majhimtar for optional river rafting.

Optional: En-route rafting on Trisuliriver and Lunch Majhimtar (approx. 90 Km/ 2-3 hour drive) rafting starting point. Rafting guide will provide basic information on the various aspects of rafting including safety majors. Our guest will be provided with life jackets to ensure safety during the rafting Commence rafting towards Kurintar (Riverside Spring Resort) -3 hrs approx. (Rafting Grade will be 3+ during Feb/ April).
Continue drive to Chitwan, on arrival check-in at Lodge.

Chitwan National Park The most easy of the national parks organizing jungle safaris to reach, the Royal Chitwan National Park is considered one of the richest wildlife areas in Asia and boasts the last and largest remaining areas of tall grassland habitat.
Renowned for centuries as one of the best areas for wildlife viewing in Asia, the diverse flora and fauna of this Terai region attracts visitors from all over the world. Not to be compared with the wide open spaces of Africa, the intimacy of the search and discovery of asian wildlife in its dense habitat is considered by many travellers to be equally rewarding and exciting. the big animals favour the dense jungle and tall grasslands of the floodplain. The best way to view the animals is on elephant back. Rhinos favour marshy ground and indeed some areas of prime habitat are only accessible on elephants.

This is also the safest way to view the Royal Bengal Tiger, gaur (the largest of the world’s wild cattle) and sloth bear and definitely the most exciting! One can also view animals by travelling in a four-wheel drive vehicle. The best way to view the crocodiles and water birds are by canoe trips down the river and the best way to view the wide variety of other birds are on foot accompanied by the expert guide of the lodge. DAY 4
In Chitwan

Breakfast at Resort. Full day Jungle activities as per program. Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at Lodge in Chitwan.

DAY 5
Chitwan - Pokhara

Breakfast at Hotel. Morning depart by motor coach for Pokhara on arrival check-in at the hotel.
This afternoon sightseeing tour of Pokhara City & Boat ride on PhewaLake( approx. 1 Hour).

Pokhara: If Kathmandu is the cultural hub of Nepal,Pokhara is its centre of adventure. An enchanting city nestled beneath the snow-crested Annapurna Massif in a tranquil valley, 200 kilometres west of Kathmandu and takes approximately 06 hours by surface, it is the starting point for many of Nepal’s most popular trekking destinations. The atmosphere on the shore of Phewa Lake is one of excited vitality as hipster backpackers crowd the many bars and restaurants exchanging recommendations on guest houses and viewpoints, both by the lake and above the clouds.

Pokhara is a place of remarkable natural beauty. The serenity of Phewa Lake and the magnificence of the fishtailed summit of Machhapuchhre (6,977m) rising behind it create an ambience of peace and magic. At an elevation lower than Kathmandu and generally a few degrees warmer, it has a tropical feel to it as can be seen by the diversity of beautiful subtropical flora which are found here.

DAY 6
In Pokhara

Breakfast at Hotel.
Optional : Mountain Bike from Pokhara to Pame (approx 1 and ½ hour ) and Hike from Pame to Chapakot Drive from Hotel to Lake side( Main Touristic Hub in Pokhara) and take a mountain bike(Bicyecle) to go Pame (780 m). Pame is 10 km far away from Pokhara which may take one hour & 30 minutes time to reach on the mountain bike.

Optional : Lunch at local available restaurant.
After being there, we proceed to Chapakot (1350 m) for hiking.This is 1 and half hour to 2 hours gradual ascent walk from Pame, one way. This is non-tourist area although we can see breathtaking view of the mountains including Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Annapuran South (7219 m), Annapurna I (8091 m), Hiuchuli (6441 m) in the north-west to the perfect pyramid that is Machhapuchhare (6997 m) and the rounded peak of Gangapurna (7455 m), Annapurna III (7555 m), Annapurna IV (7525 m), Annapurna II (7939 m), LamjungHimal (6905 m), HimlungHimal, 7126 m), CheoHimal (6812 m), Manaslu (8163 m), Ganesh Himal (7429 m) etc. Return same way to Chame and from Chame, drive to Pokhara.

DAY 7
Pokhara - Kande To Tolka

Pick up from hotel in Pokhara and drive to Kande (1770 m), 31 km and one hour drive on Baglung highway. We take the right hand track gradual ascent through thin forest and reach to Australian Camp (2220 m). It takes one hr 15 minute time to reach Australian Camp, which offers the spectacular view of snow-clad mountains of Annapuran ranges (Annapurna South, 7219 m, Annapurna I, 8091 m, Annapurna III, 7555 m, Annapurna IV, 7525 m, Annapurna II, 7939), Hiunchuli (6441 m), Fish Tail (6993) LamjungHimal (6932 m), Manaslu (8163) etc. Go gradually descend up to Pothana (1900 m), 30 minute time. Next one and half hour time will stop at Deurali (2100 m) where lunch will be here. The way is gentle ascending. After the lunch, gradually descending to Tolka (1700 m) where we stop for whole night. 1 and half hour walking time.

We can see view of Annapurna South &Himchuli. Total walking time approximately 05 hours. Dinner and overnight at Guest House in Tolka.

DAY 8
Tolka -Ghandruk

Having our breakfast in the morning we walk to Landruk (1565 m ) on a flat and gradual descent (somewhere gentle ascent also). 1 and half hour time to Landruk. We will walk down hill to ModiKhola, 30 minute time and after crossing the ModiKhola (river) to take a steep uphill walk to Ghandruk, a large Gurung village for night stop. 2 & half hr walking time from ModiKhola to Ghandruk. Ghandruk offers the view of Annapurna South, Himchuli & Machha puchhre (Fish Tail). Total walking time approximately 5 hours. Lunch/ Dinner and overnight at Guest House in Ghandruk.

DAY 9
Ghandrung - Tadapani 2590m

After breakfast, we walk through forest a gradual ascent from Ghandrung. This is a day of pleasant walk. Having walked for 04 hours, we step at Tadapani and have lunch as well as dinner there. We will have good relaxation there to store energy for the days walk to Ghorepani. Lunch / Dinner and overnight at Guest House in Tadapani.

DAY 10
Tadapani - Gorepani 2750m

After breakast, the earlier part of our walk sees down hill trek for ½ hours and then about 45 minutes uphill walk to Banthanti (2520m). We then see a gradual ascent through forest until Deurali (2990 m), 3 hour walk, the point from which we can see the views of Mt. Dhaulagiri,Tukche Peak, PutnaHiuchuli etc. An easy walk on leveled land for an hour will take us to the guest house for lunch/ dinner and overnight in Ghorepani. Here too we can go to local excursion of Ghorepani Villages. Approximately walking time 06 hours.

DAY 11
Gorepani - Tikhedunga

An early morning excursion to POON HILL (3200 m) about an hour climb, which provided an unobstructed view of the High Himalayas such as Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Annapurna South (7219 m), Annapurna I (8091 m), Tukuche Peak (6920 m), Hiunchuli (6441 m), Fish Tail (6993 m), Annapurna III (7555 m), Annapurna IV (7525 m), Annapurna II (7939), LamjungHimal (6932 m), Nilgiri South (6839 m), Manaslu (8163 m) etc. Poon Hill is one of the best places of the world from where we can see the Suprub views of the Himalayas. Come down to Ghorepani for breakfast. We take our return journey to Pokhara and walk all the way down to village of Ulleri (1960 m). We may encounter with the herd of mule carrying the essential commodities for Jomsom, which are considered to be the reliable means of transportation in the mountain. We have our lunch at Ulleri. Then further step down hill walk to Tikhedhunga for 02 hours where we stop for night. Approximately walking time is 4-5 hours. Dinner and overnight at guest house in Tikhedhunga.

DAY 12
Tikhedunga - Nayapul - Pokharna

After breakfast, today we walk on flat land throughout passing through several villages such as Hillle (1475 m), Sudame (1340 m), Lamdaulietc witnessing many trekkers and local habitant en-route. We reach Birethanti (1025 m) for lunch and a further 20 min trek to Nayapul to end our trek there and 41 km one and half hour drive to Pokhara. Thus ends our trek. Approximately walking time is 4 hours. Dinner and overnight at hotel at Pokhra.

DAY 13
Pokara - Nagarkot

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Nagarkot, on arrival check-in at resort. Evening enjoy sunset from Nagarkot (subject to weather permit) Dinner & Overnight at resort in Nagarkot.

DAY 14
Nagarkot - Kathmandu Enroute Visiting Bhadgaon

Early Morning: sunrise from Nagarkot (Subject to weather permit) Breakfast at Hotel. Hike towards Dhadgaun, Gairigaun; reach Baluwapati and wind back to The Fort Retreat via Cheese factory.
Optional: During this hike, we will arrange to arrange to visit local Tamang People & Tea.
Later this morning , drive to Kathmandu en route visiting Bhadgoan. Bhadgaon: A former capital of the valley, it was once a flourishing city on the trade route to Tibet. It has preserved its traditional character better than the other two cities, due to its more isolated location. It is regarded today as a classic showcase of medieval Nepalese town life. It is situated in the east of Kathmandu valley about 14 km. away. It today retains much of its beauty in ornate woodcarvings and in the famed Golden Gate. During sightseeing tour of Bhadgoan they will visit Nyatapola Temple. Dinner & Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 15
Departure From Kathmandu

In time transfer Kathmandu airport to connect flight for onward destination.


We suggest following things to carry during trek.
  • Long sleeved thermals top and bottom (long underwear).
  • Light and medium weight weaves are the handiest.
  • Shorts and trousers or skirts. Long skirts are better for women. Dawn Jacket
  • Shirt-cotton long and short sleeved.
  • Shirt-woolen long sleeved.
  • Sleeper or sandals.
  • Walking shoes or lightweight hiking boots are a must.
  • Toilet paper and a lighter- nice to have a spare.
  • Small binoculars for wildlife viewing in the national parks.
  • Camera, spare SD cards. Also bring a good cleaning kit, as field conditions are harsher than in towns.
  • Spare batteries, power bank are also handy.
  • Reading and writing material.
  • Personal first aid kit.
  • Sleeping bag.
  • Rucksack or backpack-day pack (waterproof)
  • Sun hat and sun glass.
  • Socks-woolen or pile and cotton (as per requirement)
  • Water bottle with good cap.
  • Flash light.
